Total health and work out nut

[Insert Generic Prog Blog about me here ->] I am 5'3 and generally weigh between 150-155. In 2011 I was awarded a three year Army ROTC scholarship for Nursing. This scholarship means that I need to be physically in shape all of the time to pass the PT test. Also, there are weight requirements ... that I don't meet. I've really got to kick my ass into gear if I don't want to lose this. I worked too hard for this scholarship and I'm not going to let my laziness get in the way of it.

Update Nov. 2011 College has not been kind to me. Freshman weight gain. fml.

This was me all the time in high school physical education. My head telling me that I can’t do this or that I’m never going to be as fit as I want to be when trying to exercise, is something I battle with everyday.
